Biffle Wins AAA Texas 500 Pole
Greg Biffle won the Coors Light Pole Award for the 2011 AAA Texas 500 with a lap of 193.736 mph. This is Biffle’s 9th career pole, his first at Texas Motor Speedway.
Starting 2nd will be David Ragan, whose 27.874 second lap time was 1/1000 of a second slower than Biffle.
Matt Kenseth will start 3rd, his 13th top-10 start of the season.
For winning the pole, Biffle receives a Turnbull Manufacturing custom rifle valued at $6000.
