The Dallas Cowboys needed overtime to defeat the Cleveland Browns 23-20 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington.  With the win, the Cowboys even their record at 5-5 and remain 1 game behind the New York Giants in the NFC East.  It is the first time in a year that Dallas has won back-to-back games.

The Browns dominated the line of scrimmage, keeping Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo under pressure all afternoon and limiting the Cowboys’ running game to just 63 yards.  Romo was sacked a career-high 7 times in the game.

After falling behind 13-0 at halftime, the Cowboys eventually got on the board with a 44-yard field goal from Dan Bailey with 4:16 remaining in the 3rd quarter.

Dallas would come alive in the 4th quarter to score 17 points and send the game to overtime with a last-second 32 yard field goal.

A 20-yard punt return in overtime by Dwayne Harris put the Cowboys in Cleveland territory with momentum.  6 plays later, Bailey lined up again for a 38-yard field goal to win the game.
