Dallas Stars To Host 2020 NHL Winter Classic

In partnership with the NHL, the Dallas Stars are proud to announce that they will be hosting the 2020 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic™ at Cotton Bowl Stadium on January 1, 2020!

The NHL Winter Classic is an annual outdoor hockey game that features top teams and players across the league, taking us back to the sport’s original pond hockey roots.

This premier event will add to the illustrious history of Cotton Bowl Stadium that includes Heisman winners, National Championships, the World Cup and more. The 2020 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic will be the southern-most NHL outdoor game ever played.

The Stars are proud to have this opportunity to represent the south and the great state of Texas.
