Dirk Visits Irving Tennis Classic

Dallas Mavericks basketball star and tennis enthusiast Dirk Nowitzki stopped by the Irving Tennis Classic today to catch some of the action. Countryman Tobias Kamke was up 6-3 when his opponent Illya Marchenko from the Ukraine retired due to stomach illness, Dirk took the court to hit with some of the ball kids while fans waited for the night match to begin.

Dirk then stayed on to watch Baylor Alumnus and fellow German, Benjamin Becker who lost to Steve Johnson 6-3, 6-1 in the quarterfinals of the Irving Tennis Classic.
