FC Dallas gave up a last-minute goal to fall to Sporting Kansas City 2-1 Sunday night at Livestrong Sporting Park in Kansas City.

Ricardo Villar scored a free-kick goal for Dallas in the 25th minute, becoming the first player to score against Kansas City this year.  It wasn’t enough as Aurelien Collin tied the game just before the end of the half.  Kei Kamara hit the game-winner for Kansas City in the 88th minute.

Dallas goalkeeper Kevin Hartman made 7 saves on the night, compared to just 1 on-target shot attempted by Dallas.  Hartman had plenty of work as Kansas City made 18 attempts on goal.  Kansas City kept possession 59.4% of the game.

FCD continues their road trip Friday when they take on DC United at 6:30pm CT.
