Mavericks 105 – Warriors 100

The Dallas Mavericks won their 10th consecutive game, defeating the Golden State Warriors 105-100 on Tuesday night.

Dirk Nowitzki led the game in scoring with 25 points, his season average.  He also added a season-high 4 blocks.  Nowitzki is currently 5th in the NBA in scoring average.

Mavericks center Tyson Chandler missed the game due to illness, however, the backups came in a performed well.  Ian Mahinmi scored his first career double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds in just 21 minutes.  Alexi Ajinca pulled down a career-high 6 rebounds.

Jason Terry scored 20 points off the bench.  Overall, the Dallas bench accounted for 47 points, 24 rebounds and nine assists.

Caron Butler scored 19 points, he is averaging 15.4 points per game over the last 5 games.

The Mavericks play New Jersey on Thursday night.
