The SMU Mustangs remain winless after a 48-10 drubbing at the hands of the Memphis Tigers Saturday at Ford Stadium.  SMU is the only FBS team without a victory this season.

The Mustangs gave up 582 yards to the Tigers, while only gaining 251.  The Tigers passed for 352 yards, led by Paxton Lynch who completed 17 of 23 attempts.  Memphis was led on the ground by Brandon Hayes and Jarvis Cooper, who gained 104 and 93 yards, repectively.

SMU was ineffective with the passing game, using a trio of quarterbacks to complete just 13 of 33 passes for 114 yards.

Prescott Line scored SMU’s only touchdown with a 1-yard run in the 2nd quarter.

The Mustangs have a week off before traveling to Tulsa on November 8.
