Rangers find offense, beat Yankees

The Texas Rangers finally found their bats Saturday night as they defeated the New York Yankees 7-2.  Texas belted out 14 hits in the game, and needed all of them.

After opening a 5-0 lead, Rangers pitcher let the Yankees back into the game with a 4-run third inning.  Reliever Brett Tomko gave up the game-tying home run in the sixth.

Texas came back in the bottom of the sixth, as Julio Borbon executed a perfect bunt that scored Mitch Moreland from third.  Michael Young finished the scoring with a single up the middle that sent in Chris Davis.  Young was 4 for 4 on the night.

The Rangers got home runs from Michael Yound and David Murphy.

Arthur Rhodes was credited with the win, his first of the season.  Neftali Feliz gets his 6th save.

The Rangers and Yankees play again this afternoon.
