Rangers Lose To Indians

The Texas Rangers fell 6-3 to the Indians at Progressive Field in Cleveland Friday night for their third straight loss.
Rangers starter Colby Lewis earned the loss, giving up 10 hits in 6 2/3 innings. The Indians were hitting the ball hard off Lewis, with 2 home runs, a triple, and a double among the hits. Lewis struck out 2 and walked 1 in his worst outing of the season.
Michael Young, David Murphy, and Mitch Moreland each had 2 hits for the Rangers.
The Rangers (17-9) have lost 5 of the last 7 games and will stay in Cleveland for game 2 of the series tonight.
