Rangers Make Fireworks Of Their Own

The Texas Rangers belted out 18 hits in their 13-4 victory over the Baltimore Orioles Monday at the Ballpark in Arlington.

Seven different Texas batters had multiple hits, including Michael Young, who had a single, double, and triple.  Endy Chavez and Adrian Beltre hit home runs for the Rangers.

Colby Lewis earned his 8th win of the year.  Lewis went 7 innings, giving up just 3 runs and striking out 4. 

The Rangers will try to keep their offense going when the teams meet again tonight.
