The Frisco RoughRiders could not get out off the field in the 6th and 7th innings as the NW Arkansas Naturals cruised to a 10-3 victory Sunday night at Dr. Pepper Ballpark in Frisco.

With the score a tight 3-2, the Naturals sent 8 batters to the plate in the 6th inning, scoring 3.  After a 3-up, 3-down bottom of the inning by Frisco, the Naturals sent another 8 to the plate in the 7th, this time scoring 4.

Frisco, who only had 8 hits in the game, could only generate runs on the long ball.  Mike Olt hit 2 solo home runs and Chris McGuiness added a solo homer to account for all of the RoughRider runs.

Frisco starting pitcher Tim Murphy drops to 2-6 on the season, giving up 5 runs in 5 innings.

Olt, McGuiness, and Ryan Strausborger combined for 6 of the Frisco 8 hits in the game.

The RoughRiders will try to avoid being swept by the Naturals tonight at 7:00pm at Dr. Pepper Ballpark.
