SMU falls in C-USA championship game
The SMU Mustangs lost the Conference USA title game to the University of Central Florida 17-7.
SMU quarterback Kyle Padron went 18 of 34 for 220 yards and a the Mustangs only touchdown. He was intercepted twice. Padron extends his SMU records for passing yards (3526) and passing touchdowns (29).
Zach Line rushed for 94 yards on 18 attempts. Line now has 1391 yards for the season. Darius Johnson led the SMU receivers with 9 catches for 105 yards.
