Stars Playoff Hopes Stay Alive

The Dallas Stars kept their playoff hopes alive with a 3-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Friday night.  It is the Stars fourth win in a row.  Dallas needs a win and a regulation loss by Chicago in the regular season finale on Sunday to get into the playoffs.

Mike Ribeiro opened the scoring for Dallas with his 19th goal of the season.

Loui Eriksson scored his 27th goal in the 2nd period with an assist by Brad Richards.  Stars captain Brenden Morrow hit a wrist shot in the 3rd period for his 32nd goal.
