The Irving-based Texas Wild of the Mylan World Team Tennis league suffered its first loss of the season at home against the Washington Kastles.

The Wild fell behind early and struggled much of the evening as Washington avenged last season’s loss to Texas which ended their record-setting 34 game winning streak. The Kastles’ Bobby Reynolds started the night with a 5-2 win over Alex Bogomolov, Jr. The Wild’s newest member, Anabel Medina Garrigues, closed the gap with a 5-4 win over Jarka Gajdosova. The Kastles took all three doubles matches to seal the victory.
