Mavericks Top Rockets in OT

The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Houston Rockets 101-99 in overtime Saturday night at Toyota Center in Houston.
Dirk Nowitzki led all scorers with 31 points and 7 rebounds, but it was Jason Terry who led the Mavs to victory. Terry scored 24 points, 14 of them in the 4th quarter and overtime. Terry leads the league in 4th quarter scoring.
During the game, Nowitzki passed Charles Barkley for 19th on the NBA scoring list with 23,758 career points.
Shawn Marion had a game-high 15 rebounds and Jason Kidd led the Mavs with 4 assists.
The Mavericks blocked a season-high 15 shots, led by Brandan Wright with 7.
Lamar Odom returned to the Mavericks lineup but was scoreless in 13 minutes of play.
Dallas will face Houston again Tuesday when they return to the American Airlines Center.
