NASCAR drivers penalized
NASCAR has penalized Carl Edwards and Brad Keselowski for aggressive driving following their altercation at Gateway International Raceway last Saturday. Edwards was penalized 60 points, fined $25,000, and placed on probation until December 31. Keselowski has been placed on probation until December 31.
Edwards and Keselowski were fighting for the lead when Keselowski bumped Edwards out of the way. Edwards retaliated by spinning Keselowski, who crashed in a multi-car pileup with the trailing cars.
