TCU stays alive in CWS
|The TCU Horned Frogs stayed alive in the College World Series tournament with a win over UCLA. The Frogs hit 3 home runs en route to a 6-2 victory, forcing a rematch in the Bracket 1 title game to determine who goes on to the best-of-three finals.
TCU pitcher Matt Purke won his school-record 16th game and remains unbeaten on the season.
Taylor Featherston went 2-for-2 including a 2-run homer in the 7th that all but ended UCLA’s chances.
The teams will play the decisive game on Saturday.
