Dallas Renegades Announce 2020 Schedule

DALLAS — Mark your calendars — the schedule for the first season of Dallas Renegades football has been announced.

The Renegades’ 10-week regular season begins on Sunday, Feb. 9. Dallas will open the reconfigured Globe Life Park by hosting the St. Louis BattleHawks. The head coaches of the two teams — the Renegades’ Bob Stoops and the BattleHawks’ Jonathan Hayes — know each other well, having played college football together for two seasons at the University of Iowa before coaching together later in their careers.

Dallas will be the lone team to play in both Thursday night games scheduled during the 2020 XFL campaign, finishing the regular season at Houston against the Roughnecks on April 2 before hosting Los Angeles Wildcats on April 9. Overall, the Renegades will have five games on Sundays and three on Saturdays, in addition to the two Thursday night games. Four contests will be broadcast on FOX, three on FS1, two on ABC and one on ESPN.

At 10:00 a.m. CT on Thursday (Oct. 24), football fans can purchase Renegades season tickets and single-game tickets at XFL.com/tickets. Lower level season tickets start at $20 per game. Renegades season ticket packages range from $100 to $400 per seat for five home games. Single-game ticket prices range from $24 to $96 per ticket.

The eight-team league is divided into two four-team divisions, East and West. The XFL East features the DC Defenders, New York Guardians, St. Louis BattleHawks and Tampa Bay Vipers. The Dallas Renegades, Houston Roughnecks, Los Angeles Wildcats and Seattle Dragons comprise the XFL West.

Each XFL team will host five home games and will play a schedule that features a home-and-home series against division rivals and one game against each team in the other division.

Every XFL game will air live on national television, including 25 broadcasts on ABC and FOX. In the regular season, four games are scheduled each week, typically with two back-to-back contests on Saturdays and Sundays.

Following the regular season, the top two teams in each division will square off for the right to play for the league championship on Sunday, April 26 at 3:00 p.m. ET (ESPN). The East Final is scheduled for Saturday, April 18 (3 p.m. ET, FOX), and the West Final will be held Sunday, April 19 (3:00 p.m. ET, ESPN). The first-place team in each division will host its respective division final.
