Runaway Bay Announces Charity Golf Tournament Schedule
Runaway Bay, Texas – April 5, 2021 – RB Golf Club & Resort today announces the schedule for the RB Charity 15 golf tournament series. Last year the RB Charity 10 Tournament Series raised over $100,000 for ten North Texas charities to help with the COVID-19 crisis. With a focus on philanthropy, RB Golf Club & Resort is proud to give back to the local community.
“We were thrilled about the success of last year’s tournament series, especially because we knew many of the charities had to cancel their fundraising galas or luncheons last year because of COVID,” Danielle Cocanougher, Co-owner of RB Golf Club & Resort, said. “We hope our tournament series will continue to be a strong tradition that brings our community together and helps even more local charities.”
The RB Charity 15 will kick off on Saturday, April 10, 2021 with a tournament benefiting Casa of Wise and Jack Counties. The full schedule is as follows:

September 4 – Decatur FFA Alumni
September 11 – First Responders of Runaway Bay
September 24 – United Way
September 25 – Wise Hope
The entry fee for each tournament will be $100-250. To sign up for a tournament and for more details, visit https://www.rbgolf.com/charity15. The highest scoring tournament players at each tournament will be invited to compete for $15,000 in prize money at the second annual RB Golf Club & Resort Invitational in October. Details regarding that event will be forthcoming.
