Team USA Basketball Rolls Over Nigeria

Six players scored in double figures as the U.S. coasted to a 156-73 victory over Nigeria in group A play at the Basketball Arena Thursday night (Aug. 2). Carmelo Anthony led the scoring attack with 37 points and Russell Westbrook added 27 points, while every player on the U.S. roster scored at least one basket. Firmly in control of group A with a 3-0 record, the Americans will face Lithuania (1-2) on Saturday.
