Texas A&M Swimmers Defeat SMU

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (SMU) – SMU men’s diver Devin Burnett earned another first place finish in the three-meter dive on Friday night, as SMU fell to host Texas A&M, 142-92 Friday night in College Station.
Burnett earned 361.36 points on his way to victory, while teammate Hayden Hodges claimed second place in the three-meter dive with a score of 301.50.
Junior Nicolai Hansen took first in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:00.80 and Julian Fletcher took second with a time of 2:05.54 giving the Mustangs a one-two finish in the event.
SMU will hit the pool again next Friday and Saturday, when the Mustangs compete against Texas and Arizona in Austin.
