Cowboys Cut Randle

Running back Joseph Randle was waived by the Dallas Cowboys.

Randle is facing possible suspension for a February arrest that followed a domestic incident in which he is alleged to have brandished a gun at the mother of his young child, who was in the vicinity at the time of the offense.

Witnesses told police at the time that Randle broke a car window and threw away a large amount of marijuana.

He was arrested during the 2014 for theft of underwear and a tester bottle of cologne at a mall in Frisco, a suburb of Dallas.

Randle started the first six games of the 2015 season. Darren McFadden started against the Seahawks after rushing for 152 yards on 29 carries against the New York Giants the previous week.
