Texans Beat Cowboys To Close Preseason

The Houston Texans defeated the Dallas Cowboys 14-6 Thursday night at NRG Stadium.  The game ended preseason play for both teams.

Most of the starters for both teams, including quarterback Deshaun Watson (HOU) and Dak Prescott (DAL) did not play in the exhibition.

The Cowboys’ backup kicker, Brett Maher kicked 2 field goals in the loss.




Houston scored touchdowns on runs by Alfred Blue (4 yards) and Terry Swanson (37 yards).

The teams will meet again in Week 5 at Houston.
