Rangers come to terms with Cruz and Wilson

Arlington, Texas — The Texas Rangers announced today that the club has agreed to terms with outfielder Nelson Cruz and left-handed pitcher C.J. Wilson on contracts for the 2011 season. Both players had been eligible for arbitration. Financial terms were not disclosed, per club policy.

The club now has three total players still eligible for arbitration heading into the 2011 season: RHP Frank Francisco, OF Josh Hamilton, and RHP Darren O’Day. Cruz and Wilson join outfielder David Murphy and right-handed pitcher Mark Lowe as arbitration-eligible players already under contract for the upcoming year.
