Rangers Overpower Orioles

The Texas Rangers exploded for 19 hits is a 14-3 thrashing of the Baltimore Orioles on Monday night in Camden Yards.
Adrian Beltre returned to the lineup, giving the Texas offense a spark. Beltre scored the first run of the game off a single by former Oriole Brandon Snyder. Snyder had a huge game, getting 3 hits and 6 RBI, including a 3-run home run in the 6th inning.
Michael Young and Josh Hamilton each hit home runs in the 9th inning, powering the Rangers to 7 runs in that frame. Nelson Cruz, Elvis Andrus, and Beltre each hit doubles in the game. Every Texas starter had a hit in the contest.
Starting pitcher Matt Harrison went 7 innings, allowing 3 runs on 6 hits. Harrison struck out 3 and gave up 2 home runs as he moved his record to 4-2. Alexi Ogando and Mark Lowe each pitched scoreless innings, with Lowe striking out the side in the 9th.
