Texas Motor Speedway welcomes Summer Stampede
Texas Motor Speedway began it’s 10-week Summer Stampede Racing Series. The series will run on Thursday nights for 10 weeks at TMS. Drivers of all ages will compete in seven classes in one of the most recognized events for short-track drivers in the country – Bando Bandits (8-12 years old), Bando
Outlaws (12 and up), Thunder Car (16 and up), Legends Young Lions (12-16), Legends Semi-Pro (16-40), Legends Masters (Over 40) and Legends Pro.
The series provides racing action and family entertainment for all ages.
Gates for the Summer Stampede open each Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. CT, with practice running from 7-7:45 p.m. Racing begins at 8:05 p.m. Tickets are $5, and children 5-and-under receive free admission.
O’Reilly Auto Parts is partnering with Texas Motor Speedway at the Lone Star Legends series to offer buy-one, get-one-free vouchers for the Thursday Night Summer Stampede. Vouchers are available at all area O’Reilly Auto Parts stores.
