Texas Rangers host baseball camp with Josh Hamilton

Arlington, Texas – The Texas Rangers hosted a baseball camp featuring Josh Hamilton and Triple Play Ministries at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington today.  This instructional youth camp is designed to improve the baseball skills necessary to become a better player.   The campers received instruction on baseball drills, proper practice techniques, game situations, and fulfilling potential.  Instruction was also given on hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, weight training, flexibility, and team offense and defense.

Portions of the proceeds from this sold-out camp benefit Josh Hamilton’s Triple Play Ministries.  The mission of this organization is to help others overcome the obstacles and challenges they encounter through the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.  Through sports ministry, community outreach and annual mission projects, Josh pulls from his life experiences and incorporates his talents in the game of baseball to send the ultimate message to others: Life without God is a life left unfulfilled.
