The Travelers Championship follows the Charles Schwab Challenge and RBC Heritage as the third event in the PGA TOUR‘s return to action and for the third week in a row, there is a loaded field full of the game’s biggest names. Except for Tiger Woods, that is.
Nine of the top 10 players in the world are on hand at TPC River Highlands for the best field in tournament history.
The PGA TOUR announced the four featured groups for Thursday-Friday rounds:
— Bryson DeChambeau, Rory McIlroy and two-time Travelers Championship winner Phil Mickelson
— Brooks Koepka, Xander Schauffele and Justin Thomas
— Jon Rahm, defending champion Chez Reavie and last week’s RBC Heritage winner Webb Simpson
— Dustin Johnson, Collin Morikawa and 2017 Travelers Championship winner Jordan Spieth
