Dallas Stars Release 2011-12 Schedule

The Dallas Stars will open the 2011-2012 National Hockey League regular season with a home-and-home series against the Chicago Blackhawks on Friday, Oct. 7 at American Airlines Center. The Stars will then play their road opener against the Blackhawks the following night, Saturday, Oct. 8 at Chicago.

Dallas will once again host nine of the 15 Eastern Conference clubs, and will ring in the New Year against the defending Stanley Cup champion Boston Bruins at the traditional New Year’s Eve game at American Airlines Center.
