Skyline Tops South Grand Prairie

Skyline High School opened the season with a 40-21 victory over South Grand Prairie.  

Kylan Johnson led Skyline with 302 yards total offense, passing for 224 yards and a touchdown, while rushing for another 78 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Johnson was joined in the ground attack by Daleon Ward, who ran for 126 yards and 1 touchdown.  Receiver LaDaryl Randolp caught 5 passes for 101 yards.

South Grand Prairie was led by quarterback Greg Eisworth, who threw for 226 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Eisworth also led the team with 91 yards rushing.  Jaelan Austin caught 6 passes for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns.
