Stars Defeat Coyotes 3-2

The Dallas Stars came from behind to defeat the Phoenix Coyotes 3-2 in a shootout Tuesday night.
Dallas trailed 2-1 with a minute left in regulation when Adam Burish made a wrist shot with Mike Ribeiro and Brenden Morrow assisting. Trevor Daley scored the winning goal for the Stars in the 8th round of the shootout.
Stars goaltender Kari Lehtonen saved 33 of 35 shots, and another 7 in the shootout, to improve his record to 7-0.
Sheldon Souray scored the first goal for the Stars with assists from Jamie Benn and Steve Ott.
The Stars return home to the American Airlines Center Thursday night to face Los Angeles.
