Stars shut out at home by Phoenix

The Dallas Stars were shut out for only the 3rd time this season, falling 1-0 to the Phoenix Coyotes at the American Airlines Center.

Goaltender Kari Lehtonen saved 24 shots, but the 1 he allowed was enough.  Kyle Turris scored the only goal of the game in the 2nd period to give Phoenix the win.

The Stars could get nothing in the net even though they made 30 attempts.  Captain Brenden Morrow led the attack with 7 shots on goal.

Dallas has a record of 21-11 and lead the Pacific Division.  They play next in Nashville on Tuesday.
