The TCU Horned Frogs opened up with a 14-0 lead, but then gave up 36 straight points to the Oklahoma State Cowboys in Stillwater to lose 36-14.  It is the first time TCU has lost back-to-back games since 2007.  The loss also ends TCU’s string of 14 consecutive conference road wins, which had been the longest in the nation.

The Horned Frogs took the early lead when Elisha Olabode returned an interception 11 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter.  It is Olabode’s 2nd interception return for a touchdown this season.  Olabode also added a team-high 10 tackles in the game.

Quarterback Trevone Boykin extended the lead with an 18 yard touchdown pass to LaDarius Brown.   Brown finished the game with a career-high 7 catches for 67 yards.

Boykin completed 21 of 40 passes for 185 yards.  He threw one interception to go with the touchdown.  Boykin left the game in the 4th quarter due to an injury and was replaced by Matt Brown, who completed 3 of 4 before also giving up an interception.

Oklahoma State quarterback Wes Lunt threw for 324 yards, completing 18 of 33 attempts.

The Cowboys were led on the ground by Joseph Randle, who ran for 126 yards on 32 carries.
