The ninth-ranked and second-seeded Mountaineers play No. 21 Iowa State (sixth seed) or No. 6 Oklahoma (third seed) in Friday’s semifinals.

West Virginia held the Horned Frogs to 35.2 percent shooting from the field and the Mountaineers forced 14 TCU turnovers. West Virginia is 9-0 against TCU, with all the games coming since the schools joined the Big 12 for the 2012-13 season.
