Rafael Nadal is back in the finals on the clay courts of the French Open. Nadal, who has lost only one match at Roland Garros in 5 years, will play against the man who gave him that loss only one year ago. Nadal defeated Jurgen Melzer in straight sets to advance to the championship game without losing a set the entire tournament.
Nadal’s opponent will be Robin Soderling, who defeated Tomas Berdych in a tough 5-set match. Soderling already knocked out the No. 1 seed, Roger Federer in a rematch from last year’s final. He will have to play even better to beat Nadal for the second straight year.
