Mavericks come from behind in Oklahoma City

The Dallas Mavericks enjoyed a come from behind victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder Wednesday night.  Dallas trailed 90-83 midway through the 4th quarter when they went on a quick 10-0 run and never looked back.

Dirk Nowitzki made a 4-pt play that was the key to the turnaround.  Nowitzki was fouled on a 3-pt shot and made the free throw to get the Mavericks rolling.  He then dropped another 3, followed by a 3 pointer from Jason Terry for the 10-0 run.  Dallas coach Rick Carlisle gave Nowitzki the credit for the win, “Dirk’s four-point play really sparked us, that’s what brought us back.”

5 Mavs scored in double figures.  Nowitzki’s 34 points led all scorers.  Tyson Chandler led the team in rebounds with 18 and Jason Kidd led in assists with 12.

Dallas is 10-4 on the season.
