Mavs Sign Lewis

Veteran forward Rashard Lewis signed a one-year veteran’s minimum contract with the Dallas Mavericks.
Lewis started eight games in the 2014 playoffs with the Miami Heat, but averaged a career-low 4.5 points in the regular season.
The 34-year-old is no longer viewed as a regular rotation player but he could fit as another perimeter shooter on a Mavericks team with Monta Ellis, Dirk Nowitzki and newcomer Chandler Parsons.
